Need help!!!

I has sex last night and this morning and my husband finished inside (obviously lol) we are TTC. I have problems with ovulating because of my pcos, i tried tracking it for a few days and keep getting negatives so gave up according to GLOW im supposed to ovulate tomorrow , is this a good sign? Or is it sperm? Does sperm stretch??? Because of my irregularity i dont really know how long my cycles are or when i should have ovulated. Im so confused!!!
