Possibly infected nipple ring

I ladies, The other morning i woke up to an extremely sore right nipple (i have both of mine pierced) and i recently changed them to a pretty gold pair and i think i had a reaction to them!! Do these look infected ? Is it something else?? should i be tooo concerned ??? i’m panicking 😟
