I will there was an “opinion” button on here, because yes you could be concerned for his health but no you shouldn’t feel concerned about his sex drive. 
My boyfriend had about a quarter the size of my sex drive. When we first started having sex, it was too painful for him because of a surgery. After the pains went away, we had sex almost 12 times per week. Then all the excitement died down and we had sex maybe 4 times per week. We’ve been together over a year now and we have sex about once a week, this week was twice. I went through a period of time, when he didn’t want sex and I did. I constantly asked him if something was wrong with me for wanting so much sex. Then I’d ask him if he even found me attractive anymore, since he didn’t want to be having sex. He’d assure me that he doesn’t watch porn, doesn’t jack off, isn’t with any other women, and that he does fine em attractive he’s just not ever in the mood. So after months of him remind me of this and that he still finds me attractive and etc., I stopped worrying about it. I realized that my libido is just higher than his and that’s okay. So I started suppressing my instincts to jump his bones every time I saw him, and I’m pretty well contained now. We have been pretty even as far as our sex drive goes, for now. 
But this morning, he texted me asking if I’d come over to cuddle. Of course I said yes and was there. We cuddled in bed and watched tv until I fell asleep. Then an hour later he’s awoken with a hard-on and stabs my booty with it. So I roll over and he’s like “morning baby. Nice nap?” Making small talk. And then he starts kissing me and grinding on me and one thing lead to another... 
what I’m trying to say is, just give him some time to maybe get alittle more comfortable and don’t press to have sex everyday. He’ll come around sooner or later.

It depends not every man wants sex (hard to believe). I’ve been with my man for 2 years now in the first few months we were rabbits in bed lol but after that his sex drive slowed down a lot. I wasn’t happy with it since mine is still high and now that we live together we don’t have sex as much. He’s tired form work and he even tells me he’s not a sex maniac and all he wants to do is cuddle (which he does). I would kiss him touch him but if he’s not in the mood then none of that will work on him. It did make me feel insecure at some point like I wasn’t attractive to him but after months of arguing I realized he doesn’t have a high sex drive lol. And I came to accept it I know he still loves me and we do have sex like once or twice every two weeks (which sucks because I have a really night sex drive). But talk to him and see what you both can do it improve it. Some men really don’t have a high sex drive.
