How much centimeters are dilated?

I’m exactly 38 weeks today and I’m only 1/2 centimeters dilated, what about you ladies?

I’m 38 weeks tomorrow but she said I wasn’t dilated but she felt is head & she said it’s real low.

Im going to be 37 weeks tomorrow but for my 36 weeks checkup she said I was at a 1 and she felt babies head so she was very low. She didn’t tell me how much thinned I was or anything. Going back next week and cannot wait to see if I’m progressing :)
