I did get blood work to make sure my hcg went down to 0 and it did. Yesterday i took this test

I’m thinking maybe I’ll wait to call my doctor to tell them since i am so early. Is that something that is okay? Or am i supposed to call my doctor ASAP? Last time i called early and i was only 4 weeks and when i was there i felt dumb for being there so soon then ended up having a miscarriage a week later.
