Pain during sex?

I just reached my second trimester and my husband and I had sex for first time since conceiving (my first trimester was pretty rough). It wasn’t as awesome as I was hoping it would be. I felt discomfort in my lower abdomen the entire time. Has this happened to anyone else? I keep hearing how sex is supposed to feel better and that definitely isn’t the case for me.

I’d have times where i felt like I was having an abdominal cramps (like when your running) while having sex but just take it easy and relax your entire body it helps.

I'm going through the same thing. I noticed that for me spooning is the most comfortable for me, but I still get cramps after. The only thing I can think of is to try to find the most comfortable position for you and just take it easy.

I get SUPER crampy and uncomfortable in any position where I’m on my back. I’ve found doggy style to be the most comfortable 🐶🐩❤️
