I had gestational diabetes with my first, but was able to control with metformin, glyburide, and diet. I was diagnosed early at 20 weeks. This go around I noticed the same symptoms, but SUPER early (like 8 weeks). Im 12 weeks now and just got put on insulin. I guess im just more scared this time because it's so early...and stabbing myself in the stomach scares the crap out of me. Has anyone else been diagnosed this early? Or came into pregnancy with diabetes? How did you cope so early on? Emotionally too...im just an exhausted wreck 😢
