I'm 25 weeks and 2 days, and feel my baby move a pretty good amount, but there are times when he's completely still or silent. I don't feel anything. Could be for an hour up to a few hours. My doctor told me when I'm worried to lay on my left, and if in the first hour I don't feel him 3 or more times, wait another hour and if I don't feel him 3 or more times in the second hour to call them. Is this normal though? I try to wait for an hour, even 2 sometimes just watching tv but I feel like I either concentrate on it too much, or it's just not happening. I eventually get to at least 3 per hour, but shouldn't he be moving more than that by now?
