What age did you transition your child out of their crib into a toddler bed?

Went from crib (once he could climb out) to twin bed
Had him pick out his own sheets, special blankets and new pillows!!He was excited for months!!

my daughter was 1 1/2 and so was my son.

We put my son in a toddler bed when he was a year old. He moves a lot when he sleeps and he started hitting the sides which would wake him up at night. He’ll be three next month and he’s now in a twin size bed. He sleeps great in it, seems like a perfect fit.

My two year old is still in her crib. She's quite happy to stay there for the time being.

My son was almost two I think. My daughter will be about 17-18 months. It was really not bad to transition and I foresee my daughter being easier as she loves sleep more then my son does
