Hellooo,

So I get heavy periods and blood clots anyway so I’m used to it, but today I was at work and i started to feel really hot and like I was gonna pass out, and I just put it down to catching a bug or something as I work in a small shop so could easily catch something. Anyway when I got home I went to the toilet and saw that I had bled through my tampon and my pad was pretty full, and I’d lost A LOT of blood, and it clicked in my head that that was why I might have felt like I was going to pass out.

I was wondering you guys opinions on this and whether I need to just check in with my doctor and let him know what’s going on.
