Hey, I was looking for some advice on this rather annoying side effect of menstruating. For the last few months when I’m on my period I faint, this usually happens towards the end of the day and I’ll start feeling dizzy, seeing black spots and the wake up a few minutes later on the floor. This has never happened before a few months ago and it’s not at the sight of blood or anything like that.

If anyone has any experience with this and advice on how to deal with it (or hopefully stop it) please let me know.
