Had sex 3% chance of pregnancy

I had sex and mine said 3% chance of pregnancy. This app said I should have had my period on the 10th but I haven't had mine yet but my sister did. Now during Thanksgiving break we so happen to have a period at the same time and I thought that would continue but it didn't should I be worried? PS: I'm panicking and my sister thinks I'm overreacting
