Does anyone else get extremely bad almost a migraine type of headache before your period? Every so often around that time of the month of get the absolute worst headache... I haven't had one like this since I was 18, and it throws me on my ass. I never get headaches unless I'm super tired normally or my period is about to start.

I was at work and slowly it started to happen and feels like my skull is pushing itself trying to get out of my skin. I took some Tylenol around one but it feels like it's coming back... any tips on how to ease and get rid of these horrible pains?
