Advice welcomed !!!

So provera did not induce a period for me. Doc said sometimes women don't absorb it ?? My uterine lining showed to be thin on the ultrasound but my estrogen levels were normal. Progesterone as always was low. Doc has said to go ahead with the clomid starting sat. My concern is if I do become pregnant, what about the thin lining?? I had a mmc a few months ago and obviously don't want that to happen again. Would they support a future pregnancy with estrogen and/or progesterone?? I have reached out to my doc via email but wanted some advice from anybody else in a similar situation. Thanks
