Is my boy small?

My baby boy is turning 8 months this Sunday and we have his check up.
He weighs about 7 kgs (15.4 pounds) and is 67 cms long (26.3 inches).
He was born 2.66 kgs (5.86 pounds) and 50 cms long (19.6 inches).
He gained weight really rapidly from birth up until about 2-3 months but ever since it’s been a slow gain but has never lost any weight. I’m not really concern but that damn chart can sure make this mummy worried!
He is EBF and is on purée. What can I do to fatten him up? 
Oh also his met all milestones 😘😘

All babies grow at different rates, so if your doc isn’t worried I wouldn’t worry! The chart can definitely freak you out though I understand! If he is satisfied and not hungry then you can’t force feed him stuff he doesn’t want. But you can try introducing more meals of solid food or giving him some actual solids to hold onto and feed himself like banana, avocado, etc. That might get him more interested in meals and eating more solids but again you can’t make him eat if he’s not hungry so try not to worry too much!

My boy turned 8 months last week. He is even smaller, got weighed Friday and is at 14lb 14oz. We've been going to the pediatrician monthly to check on his weight, since he's been falling off the growth curve since 4mo. The pediatrician's advice was to add breastmilk or formula to his food. And feed him fatty stuff - add butter, whole milk yogurt, avocado. He was EBF, but in order to stop wasting breastmilk I gave in and started mixing formula in with his solid food. The advice I heard from the doc and friends is that adding formula to his diet is no different than adding solid foods - I wasn't failing as a mom because I couldn't produce vast amounts of breastmilk. We also offer extra feeds/bottles. He now eats before and after a nap (months ago we had him on the eat/play/sleep schedule).
I will also note we are doing BLW, but I do offer some softer foods so he ingests more (ripe banana, yogurt, refried beans). I give him loaded spoons.

I remember reading somewhere that breastfed babies do have a tendency to be on the tiny side. also genetics play a roll.  my baby girl is very tiny as well.

My baby is almost the same! He was 2.4 kg and 46 cm when he was born and now at eight months he is 6.8 kg and 68 cm. It definitely is on the smaller side, but we can't exactly force them to eat. I breastfeed and give purees. My pediatrician suggested mixing a teaspoon of oil (sunflower oil is great because it has very little flavour) or non salted butter in his food to help him grow!

Its normal for babies to have a little dip or slow down their weight gain as they start getting more active. you'll probably notice in the next couple of months he starts eating a bit more, its normal for babies of 8 months to be eating 1 or 2 "meals" a day but by 12 months they should be about on 3 but everything seems completely fine 😊
