Sex after a 4th degree tear!
Long story short, I had a pretty traumatic delivery due to a fourth degree tear. Also a rough time recovering from it but I'm 8 weeks postpartum and finally feel like I'm getting back to normal. So my question is, how is sex after a fourth degree tear? I am so so scared because I've heard it will be painful but I'd love to hear some positive stories if there are any!
