I’m 25 weeks and up about 27 pounds already!! I feel so slow and heavy. I know I’ve been overindulging in cookies and sweets this holiday season, but it’s hard to stop myself! Anyone in a similar boat? I need motivation and tips to be healthy and make sure I only gain a pound a week from here on out (then I will be 152 pounds and FYI I’m 5’4”.) 😟 I’m trying to workout (walk or yoga) for half an hour a day, but often I’m exhausted after keeping up with my toddler all day. 🤰🏻
