Stomach bug 🤢🤮😭

I picked up a stomach bug at work..I teach PreK. It is awful. It started on my 2 hour drive home, thanks to the snow!! And everything I eat or drink comes right back up. It is so painful and exhausting!! Any tips?? I haven’t had a stomach bug since I was a kid, and not sure if it’s any different being pregnant. Thank you!!!
