Boyfriend just called me a slob and unattractive.

I literally don’t know what to do or say night now. My boyfriend just said to me “well maybe you should start doing stuff with yourself like you used to do your hair and makeup and dress nice and shit but you’re starting to be a slob and it’s unattractive.”

We’ve been dating for 2 years now and lately he’s been talking to other girls and stuff and I guess I kinda have let myself go but I don’t see why I would have to dress to impress him. I do dress nice and do all of the things he listed at least once a week to feel good about myself but he’s literally caught he so off guard with this that I’m literally just dumbfounded. I don’t know what to say. Help me out ladies.
