Nose bleeds in the morning?

I have never ever suffered from nose bleeds until I got pregnant? I am 7+6? 
Anyone else and know why?

You have extra blood in your system. It’s common in pregnant women. I wake up with dried blood in my nose and just had a full on nose bled two days ago.

Try to keep your nose moisturized. Dryness is usually the main cause of nosebleeds. You can use Ayr gel (can be found at drugstores) as much as you want to keep your nose moisturized.

They get more common later in the pregnancy. I had about 3 during my 3rd trimester. It's normal, just keep hydrated and don't tilt your head back 😊
