Got period 2 weeks ago a few days after having unprotected sex with my partner, but a couple of days ago I had spotting and cramps, and I am having other pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, tender breast, and my blood pressure has been high when it's usually perfect. I had sharp pains last week and went to the hospital think I was my IBS and the tested for pregnancy and came back negative but did a transvaginal ultrasound and saw fluid pocket in uterus and have no idea why. I am supposed to go get another ultrasound in two months as soon as my period for that month end to make sure everything looks good, but could this mean I'm pregnant and just got my period because it was already supposed to be due?
