Peppermint EO and prenatals

6wk 4 day US showed TWINS!! Omg!! Nausea and exhaustion have definitely set in. Before I was pregnant I used peppermint essential oil (a few dabs on my skin) for headache and nausea. Is it ok to use peppermint while pregnant? Next question... do twins require additional vitamins? I've been good about taking my prenatal but do I need extra since there's 2 in there??
