I ate food I shouldn’t eat!
So today my aunt made a big meal for our family and she made fish because she knows I don’t eat meat. So I ate halibut and homemade mayonnaise (contains raw egg)! I totally forgot and then looked it up later! From what I read, I think I’m okay with the fish as long as I don’t eat any more fish that contains mercury for awhile, and the raw egg is really more risky to me then the baby bc I am more at risk for getting sick for salmonela. What do you guys think??
