Depends on the state. In my state, Legally they couldn’t fire me while pregnant, but the boss became such a creepy grouchy bitch I quit. Best decision for stress 🙌🏼

If a job wants to fire you, they will find any bs reason to make it work for them. If you are in a will to work state they don’t even need a reason to fire you. 
I’d check up on your labor laws, but know that even if you are in a state that isn’t a will to work, they can find a reason no matter what.

They will cover their ass. However - using your FMLA the wrong way could give them a right.. I know 2 girls who just got fired because they did that. (And had used all their call offs before that).

Even in places where it is illegal, if they really want to fire you they can just find another reason or make up a bs one. You might have a better chance of getting unemployment if that happens though.
