Gas or baby moving???

Question

I am 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my second child. I have been having rumbling in my tummy for a couple weeks now. I'm not sure if its the baby moving or its gas... I know that its not hunger its always there. sometimes when I feel it I can feel little uncomfortable pressure in my Nana lol. Have anyone else had this or is it just me?????

I've been feeling my baby since around 12 weeks. 18 5 now and this little bean is super active.  Was told by my midwife it's normal early on to feel movement since it's my second pregnancy. You're not alone at all.
