New Mom Tips
Hey pretty people, I recently gave birth to a beautiful little girl. We just had our first night home together and I was an absolute mess.. I slept maybe 1-2 hours and that's only because her dad was up and could watch her.. I'm just so worried about SIDS, her choking on her own spit up, or even her having sleep apnea and not breathing.. So now I'm asking all the experienced mommas for tips. What helped you? What worked and what do you recommend? What did you wish someone had told you with your first? (If it helps, she sleeps in a pack n play next to our bed, is getting both formula and breast milk until my supply is up, we also have a mimo baby monitor, but I'm debating investing in an owlet)
(picture of our little grump) *Edit* She isn't even 3 days old yet and only had formula because I wasn't producing anything at the hospital and she would scream bloody murder. My milk came in last night so I'm now pumping for her, the formula is a precaution just if she ever needs it again 😊😊 Sorry I worded that badly 😅
