Help!!

I’m 23 + 4 today and last night when I used the restroom (i peed) I wiped and here’d was a very small amount of light pink blood. It was only two small drops but still slightly alarming, baby girl hasnt been as active as usual today. I should also add I have a pretty bad cold, I don’t know if that has anything to do with anything. I’m not necessarily crampy but just over all feeling a little bit weird. My doctors closed today and I have no way of directly contacting her. What should I do? Has anyone else had his issue?
