Backstory: I play college basketball, these bruises are the result of my last two games (so within the past 72 hours).
The first three photos are my arms, the last two are my knee. I went to workout today, at the gym in my usually outfit of a cutoff and shorts, and someone was showing legit concern for my bruising and seemed to hint that they thought I was being hit. I am not, let me be clear. There are more bruises that what I posted. This amount of bruising is happening more consistently when I play, like never before. I’m in my third year of college ball and this is the first season it’s ever been this bad. I’m concerned, I’m taking multivitamins and eating bananas but nothing seems to help. Any tips to stop easy bruising?
