I had a hormonal IUD put in at the end of May/First week in June. I have had a normal period every month since then. However, this month I have had clear discharge with blood only after I wipe for the last 3 days. It also doesn't happen all day, maybe twice during the day. I know that IUDs can cause weird things to happen with your period however I also know There's a slim chance of pregnancy.

I also know you can check for the IUD strings however I cannot feel mine. I never checked the strings on my first IUD which I had for 5 years so I don't know if that is normal or not.

Has anyone had something similar happen and not become pregnant over the following weeks? Or had there period stop soon after this happened?
