lower back pain at 12 weeks?

I'm about 12 weeks pregnant and my lower back has been killing me. When I lay on my left or right side there's alot of pressure on my lower back and it forces me to have to lay flat on my back to feel better. I'm overweight so I know that might be contributing but just wondering if anyone else has experienced it or not and if it's normal

when I first got pregnant that's the only way I could fall asleep was on my back, but I'm having back pain now at 24 weeks and my doctor said to try sleep with a pillow between my legs or wedged under my stomach or back, and I've tried all of that and can I say it has helped A LOT so maybe try that out 🤗

omg the pain its killing me, and I work the whole days on my feets, someone knows about any back support because im gonna need it for sure. I ussually weared a girdle but since 9 weeks I cant wear it anymore.
