Is anyone extremely constipated?

i am 6 weeks today and am extremely consitpated. its causing cramps to the point i cant sleep. there is no blood. just pretty bad cramping. should i be worried?

This happened to me for a while in first trimester, make sure any vitamins you are taking don’t contain iron. 
Pineapple juice worked for me. 
You shouldn’t be worried but you can go to your doctor and get a pregnancy-safe aid to help relieve constipation as it’s not good for anyone to not have bowel movements. 
Don’t worry you’ll be fine it’s a very common symptom x

Yea I was it’s normal try to eat more fiber if you can .
