gluten free bread with pcos
i just recently got diagnosed with pcos and were waiting on blood work before i start metformin so we havent discussed diet yet so I'm just wingin it. ive heard that you can have gluten free bread with pcos and i was just wondering if any of you knew anything about it? thanks!
