Hey girls, I have an appt tomorrow to get the lilleta IUD. I’m 16 and this is my first type of bc ever. I’m really scared/nervous/anxious. Any advice/tips/info I should know prior to the appt? Can y’all please share your experiences with IUDs so I’m not completely blind walking into this? Thanks!

*UPDATE* so yeah, um.. worst pain in my life.. my period cramps are as bad as it is.. WOWIE this was like12x worse.. thanks for the heads up tho ladies! I really appreciate it.
