ovulation
so during your fertile window there's sometimes a dip but always a rise in bbt. my understanding is that the dip comes before ovulation. but is ovulating the day before, the day of, or the day after the rise? My dip is usually a few days before my rise and I don't know which day to actually consider ovulation day. several sites say different things.
