HCG Levels!

Last week I got my blood drawn and my levels were 2800 which put me at 5 weeks. She told me to go a week later and if my numbers increased, we would set up my first appointment. I went yesterday and they called at 3:30 pm but I couldn't answer because I was at work (I'm a teacher). I listened to the voicemail, VERY nervously, and she said "We got your blood results back and it looks like we're going to have to go ahead and schedule your first appointment!" I was so RELIEVED and EXCITED!!!

When I called back, she told me my levels increased to over 17,000! (I can't remember the exact number) Last time I was pregnant, I ended up in the ER at 6 weeks with a blighted ovum and HCG at 136. I am SO happy I've made it to 6 w 2 d with increasing HCG levels.

My first appointment is January 11 (I'll be 9 weeks and 2 days before my birthday!) I'm just hoping everything stays the way it should!!

I've also been taking my pregnancy tests at night, because I figured if they're dark and show up right away when my urine is diluted, then my HCG levels are probably pretty good. The last three times I've done it at night, the positive has shown up before it even gets to the control line. It's very reassuring!
