I’m 8 weeks today and I have severe morning sickness to the point I can’t keep anything down. What helps you guys?

Diclegis!!! It’s expensive but it works! Ask your doctor for samples if you don’t have great insurance. I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my last pregnancy and I was on phenergan and Zofran the whole time.

Try snacking, don’t eat big meals, ginger ale and crackers have saved my ass. Hope this helps.

If you are not keeping water down, call the doctor. Also a potassium supplement might.
