Been dealing with this for a month now. Turns out I’ve got some kind of fungal infection causing sores on my tongue 🤦‍♀️ Normally my body would have just fought this off but because I’m pregnant all my immune system can focus on is the baby. Awesome. I literally never get sick. I’ve worked with kids for almost 10 years so I’ve built up quite the immune system. So I guess my little one is protected 😂
