Boob pain😞

I’ve been on birth control for about a month and a half now. Ever since then I’ve had bad boob pain. Sometimes I have my Fwb massage them cause they hurt so bad. Took two pregnancy test both were neg!! Not sure what this pain is from. Can BC make your boobs grow? By the way, I’m in college so my boobs have been the same size for awhile now! Help??
