Is this legal? I certainly didn’t want to lie and use pregnancy as an excuse especially when it was the boss’ fault for the incident.

What was said by her:

I’m not exactly sure a scheduling issue left a customer waiting, and she left. So my boss called her and said “something along the lines of no one was here because, “the person scheduled is pregnant and had a health scare” because she was upset and didn’t want to come back.

And I find it unfair because i didn’t have a health scare and if I did I wouldn’t want her to disclose that to a customer for her own benefit

Because she messed up the schedule.
