Rossi Nicholas

I never thought I’d be in the position where I’d receive negativity on the name we have chosen. I know people always say that you should just keep the name a secret so you don’t get the negative comments. We’ve always decided on our boy name before we even knew we were having a son. My husband favorite Moto go rider is Valentino Rossi. And we watch criminal minds and the guys last name is Rossi but everyone calls him Rossi like it’s his first name. We have always loved it. Thought hey it’s unique but not made up. Our daughters name is Leah. Not too popular but not unique. We found out Monday we are expecting our first boy. Yay! I told my mom months ago if we ever have a boy his name will be Rossi. She said she liked it. Cool. Now I said the name to her and my sister again and they are so mean about. My mom says sound like a girl. Better names out there. My sister says it’s so different that she doesn’t really like it (which is odd because her daughter has a very unique name) my mom keeps saying she likes Ross but not Rossi. I keep saying we aren’t naming him Ross. Just curious if other people think it’s awful.
