Can you ovulate without actually having a positive LH test?

Question

I’ve had nothing out very faint lines on my LH tests, and today I had raw egg white like CM (very heavy) and mittelschmertz (ovulation cramps). 
I think I ovulated without actually testing LH positive, and I’ve been testing twice a day since my period ended.
Thoughts?

It’s possible, some ovulation tests can be faulty. Have you been using the same brand for very long?

I am having the same issue. On cycle day 21 and still no positive ovulation test. However, I also had EWCM and a high cervix around cycle day 14-16.

Yes I conceived my dd and had no positives.
I was so super stressed and thought I hadn’t ovulated that cycle. So when I got my bfp I was astonished.
I will never use OPKs again as a result.
We are ttc our second at the moment and I am tracking my CM as I find that to be more helpful in establishing ovulation.

What time of the day do you test and is it consistent? How long have you been testing? You might ovulate later than predicted.
