Pleaseeee help me

My period was a day long. A single day of medium/heavy bleeding. Had some “strands” of stuff in it. Nothing major though.

I have PCOS and so I’m on meds that make my body strict on how my periods are. Usually I have one heavy day and then 2-3 light days as my period. Idk what the hell is going on with me.
