Negative urine test waiting on blood test..

Tomorrow my period will be 8 days late. Usually I dont think anything of it but I have no pms symptoms. I usually get very sore and tender breasts right before I start and my breasts feel fine. But Ive been having constant cramping, kind of a “nervous” feeling in my stomach for 10 days now. Also have had a hard time keeping food down because I get that nasty feeing in the back of my throat that you get right before you puke, and I get the urge to throw up. Also my shoulder has started aching, I went to the doctor for that and they said its probably just from stress and that its just the muscles, nothing serious. I also went for the stomach cramping, and they did a urine test which came back negative, but the doctor has no idea whats causing this. So they drew my blood today and I should be getting the results on Friday. They are testing my blood for different illnesses as well as doing a pregnancy test. So. Not sure what to think of any of this. But it has been 11 days since ‘The’ sex that would of got me pregnant, (if i am). So I know its too early for it to show up in a urine test. Let me know what yall think?
