Negative to peak in a day?

I’m on my first round of Clomid this month and took it D2 to D6 aa prescribed. My period only lasted 1.5 days. Today is D10. I began ovulation testing yesterday (Clearblue Advanced) and had a circle (nil) yesterday but then tested this morning and I’ve got a peak! I normally have at least 3-4 ‘highs’ before my peak and now I’m worried because my husband has had a cold so we haven’t done the deed since Sunday! This means only once so far in this adjusted fertile period! 😩 can this be right? Has anyone else gone from negative straight to peak in 24hrs?
