Is it best to try for a baby right after your period and how do you know when you’re conceiving??

The only way to know for sure when your best time is to use OPKs. If you don’t want to do OPKs have sex every other day or at least every two days for the whole month.

(1) Figure out when you are ovulating by using OPKs and charting your temperatures. Have sex before, during and after you ovulate. 
(2) start an account with fertilityfriend.com and read all the info on their site. You should also do a search and study charts of other ladies. There are thousands on that site.  
(3) watch a bunch of YouTube videos on ovulation and sperm meets egg.
