so i haven’t pooped since 5 days ago... The reason why i’m afraid of pooping is because i’m afraid ill bleed or the baby will fall or soemthing (i freak out for everything.) Im only 5 months pregnant. will i be okay to poop? Im not bleeding or no pain but just scared i’ll have a miscarriage or the baby will fall

Some people on here are so rude. There is actually a condition called hypochondria. Lay off her. You'll be fine. You could hurt the baby by not pooping. Babies come out of the vagina, so there is no way it can come out of your butt.

of course its ok to poop wtf. you think youll still be alive if you dont poop for 9 months? the abdominal spasms you get with severe constipation, not to mention malnourishment because if you get backed enough youll vomit every thing you try to eat, will cause way more problems. also, youd have some epic haemorrhoids.

Yes, definitely poop! I get being afraid of pushing too hard while pooping. I also had this fear. But isn't a silly fear. The baby is in the uterus and won't come out if you poop. Try not to worry 💕
