Labor question ?!?

Im extremely nauseated with my stomach super tight that it even hurts my back. I don’t feel contractions just those symptoms. I was checked today by my OB I’m 2cm at 39 weeks. My mom swears it’s the start of Labor and insists I go to the L&D.; Any one start labor with similar symptoms? I’d appreciate some feed back ! I’m scared !!

That’s how I started with my labor, 2 days away from being 40 weeks. I was in labor about 12 hours later. I started at 2cm as well. I got to the hospital around 8pm and then gave birth to my son at around 6 am. I didn’t start labor until 12am. It all happened so fast after a certain point. 
But I would suggest you go to the hospital and get everything checked out.

My labor started with back pain as well but it was about a week before I was induced. I just made sure to stay in close contact with my doctor, and they monitored me more regularly ( appointments every couple days) and eventually my fluid levels were low so they induced ( I was 4 cm and 80% effaced) as well.
