Pain around belly button

Soo.. I have horrible horrible pain around my belly button.. it only started this morning. It tends to shoot sharp pains to the middle of my back.. could this be round ligament pain or a pulled muscle?! I can’t bend forward or I’m instantly in tears.

Just super nervous. I have contacted the drs. Just waiting to hear back..

UPDATE::

I ended up going to the ER, the pain was horrid. They did an ultrasound and I have a fatty hernia by my belly button. I have to follow up with my OB, but they more than likely won’t do surgery until after the baby is here.
