Implantation bleeding

So I got implantation bleeding the first day my period was supposed to start , I had taken a few tests previously and they were negative . Anyways I put in a tampon that day assuming I’d start my period but obviously didn’t get used entirely . I got 6 positive tests a few days later and confirmed with my doctor , did it hurt the baby that I used a tampon ? I know not physically because of my cervix , but like toxic shock or something ? Idk ..
