Headaches every evening

Okay so I am 14 weeks and 3 days today and for the past 3 days I’ve been getting bad headaches towards the evening usually start around 2:00 or 3:00... I’ve tried a little caffeine to see if that was it but I took Tylenol but I don’t want to be taking Tylenol every time I get a headache or is that the only thing I can do? Some help what do you gals do for your headaches?!!
